Been slacking in the blog dept again so I thought I'd do a post. We're in the base miles phase of our training which means long rides (2.5 - 3 hours) but at a slow pace. I'm enjoying the slower pace and I think our Thursday night crew apprecitates it also. Last year it always seemed every group ride we'd go out & put the hammer down. This year we're more focused on getting a good base. The hammer rides will come soon enough. Our rides so far have been full of fun and adventure.
